Information Location Tool (DMCA 512(d)) Pursuant to Section 512(d) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), the App functions as a neutral “Information Location Tool.” It provides a specialized interface that allows users to locate publicly available content made accessible by independent third-party sources.
